How We SOLD This Home

After consulting with the owners we strategized a plan to pay careful attention to the details on arranging the furnishings and setting the stage with a little paint and simple decor. We had the entire home professionally photographed and HD4K drone ariel photos taken as collateral to create the marketing brochure, booklet, and home amenity one-sheet.

While the market is certainly hot right now. That does not give us permission to slack off on what we do best. Bring stories to life when selling homes. Backed by our in house marketing department Elite Partners Create (EPC) we were able to appeal to a broader base of buyers and the end results was multiple offers and a closing SOLD price $64,000 over our original listed price. MARKETING WORKS!

The Elite Partners believe that first impressions make a huge difference. We want every impression consumers see when considering your home to see the value, to understand the story of the home. We strive to create a story for every home that allows the consumer to imagine what it might be like living in your home. What the neighborhood and community are like and most importantly why your home is so special. We don’t place cheap paper flyers in the brochure box, we design striking elegant high-end brochures for all our properties. When a consumer comes in touch with your home and their first impression is grabbing a brochure from the box attached to your sign, they are wowed at the velvet touch and sophisticated layout designed to show off your homes best qualities

What Our Beautiful Happy Clients Say

Mike Martin and The Elite Partners were a great help in finding our first home , he answered all our questions and was honest on what he could and couldn’t do. When we contacted him he got back to us within a few hours which was great , it made the whole process less stressful and fore the most part pretty easy. We love our new home and would happily recommend Mike and the RE/MAX Elite Partners.

Steve Cohn is an excellent realtor. When my wife and I were buying our first home he was eager to help. He knows and understands the process of buying a home as well as the market very well. Steve and the RE/MAX Elite Partners were responsive and helped us out the whole way through. I will surely use him in the future and have recommended him to a number of people already.

-Melissa & Steve

It was a pleasure to work with Victoria to sell our first home. She was very knowledgeable and helped us through the hole processes. She made sure we understood what was happening and what we needed to do as sellers. If we were staying in the area we would have helped her find our new home as well. She and The Elite Partners were able to refer us to another great agent when we purchased our next home. I highly recommend her if you are looking to buy or sell your home.

Petaluma like most all of Sonoma County is a bikers haven. Here are some of our favorite rides from Petaluma, all beginning near the corner of Petaluma Blvd. and "B" Street. The links are to maps created using www.ridewithgps.com. In addition to a route slip, we recommend consulting a good cycling map, such as the one put out by the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition, or the Krebs Wine Country Cycling map. Have fun!

Good Eats

Perhaps because Petaluma sits between Wine Country and San Francisco, two locales known for their devotion to delicious food, we claim more than our fair share of award-winning restaurants. Our agricultural heritage, fertile soil, and mild climate clearly give Petaluma chefs an advantage when creating their gourmet menus. Many of their starring ingredients are grown at nearby organic farms, handcrafted by local producers, or raised at the area’s many sustainable ranches. Michelin has even given nods to Petaluma restaurants including Central Market, Cucina Paradiso, and Risibisi.
